Matt Brown
Develop Your People’s founder Matt Brown has over 20 years’ experience in corporate Learning and Development (L&D). Specialising in Leadership and Management Development, Team Development and Interpersonal/Professional Skills, he has a passion for developing people.
Based in the Thames Valley Region of the UK, Matt has significant experience of delivering training at all levels across the UK and in Europe, the Middle East and North America. He brings “real life” management experience to his courses, having worked in management roles for over 13 years before moving into L&D.

My approach
"I believe that people learn best in an environment that is conducive to the experience. That's why I aim to bring into my delivery style my passion for what I do. Afterall, if I don’t enjoy it and show interest in the course, I can hardly expect the delegates to buy into the experience.
Theories and models are important as they provide structure, but what really matters is how it works in practice. I support my delivery with relevant examples from my own management experience to illustrate the topics and help delegates see how they can apply what they are learning to their day to day roles.
