Theories and models are important as they provide structure, but what really matters is how does it work? I support my delivery with relevant examples from my own management experience to illustrate the topics and help the delegates to see how they can apply what they are learning to their day to day roles.”

About Develop Your People

Develop Your People’s founder Matt Brown has over 20 years’ experience in corporate Learning and Development specialising in Leadership and Management Development, Interpersonal/Professional Skills and HR Processes. As well as in the UK, Matt has experience of delivering training in Europe, the Middle East and North America. Matt brings “real life” management experience to his courses, having worked in management roles for over 13 years before moving into Learning and Development.
